What's the most difficult thing you've forgiven?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 18, 2007:
The BIGGEST thing I forgave. which was not difficult, was the fact that my mother lied to me about my father which spun into a lie about my ethnicity. I grew up believing I was half Mexican when I was really half Thai. In the space of 15 minute conversation my dad technically became my step dad, my brother technically became my half brother and I became half Thai. I eventually met my biological dad. It was easy to forgive my mom because I knew it wasn't right or productive to judge her. She made her choices in a effort to protect me. I would have chosen differently however I do not know what it is like to be a single mom in 1965. Luckily I grew up in a different age.

Help

I too went through hell–due to an age when women weren't allowed reproductive choice or the freedom to bear a child without judgment from others.
My best to you.
Shawn
